Welcome to Vibefam. By accessing or using our fitness studio management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Vibefam platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Vibefam provides an all-in-one fitness studio management software platform that includes class scheduling, booking management, payment processing, member management, and related tools for fitness and wellness businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law. Vibefam reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Vibefam platform are the exclusive property of Vibefam and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibefam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
